This workshop provides a focused, multidisciplinary approach to Differences (Disorders) of Sexual Development (DSD). Participants will enhance skills in diagnosing, managing, and ethically addressing DSD cases, emphasizing evidence-based practices, communication strategies, and integrated care delivery for improved patient outcomes.

1. Define the term Differences (or Disorders) of Sexual Development (DSD) and list common types and presentations.
2. Explain the biological basis of DSD including chromosomal, gonadal, and anatomical variations.
3. Demonstrate how to conduct a clinical evaluation of a child with suspected DSD, including history, physical examination, and initial laboratory investigations.
4. Differentiate between various DSD etiologies based on clinical findings, lab results, and imaging
5. Assess multidisciplinary approaches to management and ethical considerations, including gender assignment and counseling.
6. Develop individualized care plans integrating medical, surgical, psychosocial, and cultural factors for children with DSD.
