This program enhances nurses' skills in pediatric diabetes care, covering diabetes management, insulin administration, hypo/hyperglycemia, and carb counting. It includes updates on treatment protocols, diabetes technology, and hands-on practice. Facilitated by Sidra’s experts, the session combines lectures, case discussions, and practical stations.

3. Discuss hypo/hyperglycemia & management
4. Explain the principles and importance of carbohydrate counting in diabetes management.
5. Summarize the rationale behind new treatment recommendations
6. Describe how different diabetes technologies function and support glucose management.

Sidra Medicine has met the accreditation standards and requirements and is accredited as a provider of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for healthcare practitioners by the Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP), State of Qatar.
