The AHA PEARS is a 7.50-hour simulation course for 1 day.

Workshop with a mixture of skill stations and lectures to refresh staff on mandatory training topics including fire, ANTT, hand hygiene, Blood transfusion and manual handling sessions. Staff will be given opportunity to participate in the skill sessions in order to be signed off.
